Pardis Technology Park host to the Ambassadors and Representatives from International Organizations

A group of foreign ambassadors and representatives from the international organizations gave a visit to Pardis Technology Park in order to get familiar with and to expand technology exchanges and the international relations of Iran.

According to the Public Relations Dept. of Pardis Technology Park, Mehdi Safarinia, the Head of the Park, welcomed the guests and said, "This complex, which is known as the biggest technology park in the Middle-East, was established around 15 years ago and now it is home to more than 200 companies producing high-tech services and products together with some 4,000 manpower, who have been majorly gathered from among the national specialists and scholars.”

Further on, Amin Reza Khaleghian, the Director General of Communications and International Affairs of Pardis Technology Park, presented a summary of the activities of this particular complex and said, "Pardis Technology Park is the first and the biggest technology park in Iran and the Middle-East.”

He further added, "Pardis Technology Park was established by the government and with the aim of defining national and international objectives and activities and forming international cooperation in technology-related fields.”

Referring to the fact that the purpose of Pardis Technology Park is ultimately to support and persuade tech and knowledge-based companies alongside their efficient activities and propelling them toward their goals in the shortest time possible, Khaleghian stipulated that, "The major investments in Pardis Technology Park have accomplished by the private sector.”

During their visit from the Park, the foreign ambassadors and representatives of the international organizations got familiar with the current activities of this park including Iran National Technomart, Mustafa Prize Foundation as well as INOTEX Exhibition 2019 and they also visited the permanent exhibition of the achievements of the member companies such as Imen Ijaaz Co., the producer of human microchip implants, and PEC Equipment, the designer and producer of medical care equipment.

It is worth noting that the representatives of the embassies from more than 20 countries together with the senior delegates from some of the international authorities attended this event.
