The Reverse Pitch Event of The Mining Industry Was Held with The Signing of a Mou

Tehran_(PTP) A memorandum of understanding signed in the first day of Inotex 2022 Exhibition that was hosted the Mineral Industries Reverse pitch Event in Pardis Science and Technology Park. Venture capital (VC) is the result of this MOU, which plays an important role in the development of Iran's mines. According to the Inotex 2022 news agency, on the sidelines of the International Exhibition of Innovation and Technology, the reverse pitch event of the mining industry was held in the presence of the deputy minister of industry, mine and trade and the Technology Companies. In this event, the technology requirements of mining industry were announced by Iran central Iron Ore Company (ICIOC) and National Iran Copper Industry Company (NICICO) and the technology companies also presented their capabilities and suggestions to meet the needs of this industry. At the event, Deputy Minister of industry, mine and trade referring to the important role of knowledge bases, said: "The development of sustainable employment should be based on the use of new technologies and the fourth industrial revolution." Enumerating the exploration stages, Dr. Moghaddam Ali said: "There are many algorithms for optimizing drilling and exploration, and due to the fact that the mine that are easy to discover are coming to an end, there is a need for technology to explore hidden mines." He said: "The method of lagging and remote sensing is important in exploration and is done in a scattered manner in the country, which has caused weakness in exploration." Following this event, the CEO of Central Iron Ore and the Managing Director of Astan Quds Razavi Advanced Industries signed a memorandum of cooperation that the venture capital (VC) fund is the result of this agreement and plays an important role in the development of Iran's mines. After signing a memorandum of understanding Hamidian, CEO of Central Iran Iron Ore Company, invited all investors and knowledge-based Company to explore the mines. Behnam, CEO of Astan Quds Razavi Advanced Industries, also said: "Our priority is the field of digitalization and Smartification, and the next one is the field of mining exploration." He considered the formation of a super capital VC contributed to explore mines and expressed hope that with this memorandum, the first specialized super capital VC in the country will be formed. The Deputy Minister of Exploration Development of the Iran National Copper Company said at the following of the reverse pitch event: This company is the third largest company in the Iranian Stock Exchange and the seventh largest company in the world in terms of reserves, and investment is needed for exploration. Rahmati announced plans for 64 projects worth $13 billion in the copper industry.
