UNICEF representative in Iran Robin Nandy visited Pardis Technology Park and welcomed the implementation of PTP-UNICEF joint programs.

During the visit which was held in line with the cooperation defined between the UNICEF office and Pardis Technology Park, and was hosted by the President of Pardis Technology Park Mehdi Safarinia, Nandy stressed that innovation is in UNICEF's DNA, and welcomed cooperation with Pardis Technology Park in holding the "Innovation Challenge 2022" and planning for finding solutions.

Meanwhile, Safarinia offered PTP readiness to define new cooperation between the two sides and suggested that such initiatives be held at the transnational level in the next steps, which proposal was welcomed by the UNICEF representative in Iran.

The two sides also reached an agreement.

"Innovation Challenge 2022", the first round of which was held in 2021, with the joint cooperation of the UNICEF Office and the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology will be the second innovation challenge in the field of children and adolescents, which is to be held in collaboration with the UNICEF office and Pardis Technology Park.
