The physical vapor deposition system with the ability of using in thin film coating of sensitive and strategic optical parts was made in Pardis Technology Park.

This system is a new product of Pulse Niroo knowledge-based company, a member of Pardis Technology Park, and the value of this system is estimated at half a million dollars.

Elaborating on the details of the product, representative of Palse Niroo Company Mohammad Mirzaie said that the physical vapor deposition system has been designed with high precision.

The controlled current passes through the cathode, the electrons are excited and accelerated by applying a high pressure voltage during operation, he said adding that by focusing the accelerated electrons by the controlled magnetic field on the desired materials it is placed in the form of vapor in the vacuum space, he stated.

He noted that all companies, centers, universities and production and research units active in the field of manufacturing optical parts, such as National Center for Laser Science and Technology and Isfahan Optic Industries (Sapa) use it.
